Opening scene to HACK SHOW IV (PUKES) before credits.
 
 
SETTING:  A nice, romantic dining table, set with dinnerware, a few 
          lit candles and some flowers.  The area is small, only
          partially lit. 
 
CAMERA ANGLE: A single two-shot of the table, leaving enough head room
              for when they enter.
 
ACTION:   A finely dressed waiter leads a couple to the table.
 
 
Waiter:  (With a slight french accent) Sir, madam, here is your table.
 
Sir   :  Why thank you.
 
Waiter:  Would either of you care for something from the bar, or perhaps 
         an entree?
 
Madam :  No, thank you.
 
Sir   :  I would like some water.
 
Waiter:  But of course.  (He snaps his fingers and an another waiter
         brings in a cup of ice water for the gentleman.  The waiter
         hands them a pair of menus.)  I shall return in one moment
         to take your order.
 
Sir and Madam: Thank you.
 
       (Slowly zoom in to a tighter two shot)
 
Sir   :  Nice place.
 
Madam :  I told you you'd like it.
 
Sir   :  (He takes a sip of water)  I think we should come here more often.
         His face twists as if something is horribly wrong.
 
MadaM : Are you okay honey?  (She seems concerned)
 
Sir   : I'll be fine....(His hand grabs his stomach, he knocks the water over,
        his face showing obvious pain.  He starts to shake violently)
 
(Close-up on the water falling over to add intensity and to allow man to
 fill mouth with beef stew.)
 
(Change camera angle to two shot)
 
Madam : Oh my god!
 
(A blast of vomit sprays into the camera from the man's mouth, stopping midway
 in a freeze frame.  Start Credits)
