[SCENE 1]
    Standard set of a shopping network, the "Shopping Home Interest
    Television". It looks like a corner of a room in a cozy little
    house.  The Host, Dee Flopper, is standing behind a table. The
    standard QVC/HSN sidebar is on the screen.


Dee:
    Welcome back to Shopping Home Interest Television. I'm Dee Flopper.
    In case you're just tuning in, we were going to show yout our next
    item up the sale.  This next item is one of the most useful items
    we've ever run across. In fact, I've been using one of these for a
    while, and I absolutely love it!=20

    (Host pulls out the "Object Detector 2k" from under the table)

    Here we have the "Object Detector 2K". It will help you find objects
    in your house, car, or a work. It even works at the beach! Normally,
    this sells for one hundred and fifty dollars, but we are offering it
    to you for the amazing price of forty-nine dollars! Start calling how,
    or you will miss out on this great deal.


[SCENE 2]
    Camera changes to another part of the set, where Chandra Siptak is
    modeling an Object Detector 2K. She is pointing it at various objects
    and seeming to approve when it "finds" something. She continues doing
    this the entire time Dee is talking.


Dee voiceover:
    (pause for 10 seconds)
    Here is we have Chandra modeling the Object Detector 2K. See how well
    it finds objects for her. Chandra, are you find the Object Detector 2K
    useful?

    (Chandra looks stage right, and nods affermative)
    (pause 5 seconds)


[SCENE 3]
    The scene is back to the original part of the set, with our host,
    Dee Flopper. The number left on the sidebar is down to 2,000. Dee
    seems excited about this.


Dee:
    Lets talk to one of our callers.


Caller: (very excited)
    Dee? Can you hear me?

Dee:
    So, how many Object Detector 2K's are you buying today?

Caller:
    I'm buying three, Dee. One for myself and one for each of my sisters.
    I had an Object Detector 1K that I bought at full price, but I lost it,
    so I'm buying the new model! I just couldn't believe what a deal you're
    selling them for! I can't wait to see the look on my sister's faces
    when I give them theirs.

Dee:
    Well, thank you Caller for buying Object Detector 2K, and good luck!

    (number available drops to zero)

Dee:
    It looks like we have sold out of the Object Detector 2K in record time=
.
    Keep watching Shopping Home Interest Television for our next item, the
    Dust Blaster. It gets rid of dust with concentrated high-powered bursts
    of radiation...

NOTES:
    The "Object Detector 2K" - I'm thinking a box with a switch and two LED=
S.
    You flip on the switch to "turn the device on", and the first LED turns
    on the show it's got power. The second LED comes on when an object has=20
    been found. I'm figuring having a hidden switch on the bottom to turn
    on the second light.

    Costumes - Dee Flopper should be wearing a woman's pant suit, of some=20
    pastel color. Chandra should be wearing business casual.

    Sidebar - The shopping information sidebar should have the following:
    The name, the original price, x'd out, the new price, and a count of
    number remaining, which starts at 10,000, and goes down during the=20
    skit.
