McKing:  One of the fast food industry's biggest mistakes happened on
	 July 17, 1946 in Kansas.  It was to be known in history as the
	 world's first fast food hamburger.  Unfortunately, there were
	 some problems that would need to be fixed.

<Scene: Bob & Joe in a field with a cow>

Joe:  OK, Bob, it's ready.  We should have this thing cooked in under a
      second.
Bob:  Now that's what I call fast food.  The people will love it!
<Joe turns to walk away>
Joe:  C'mon.  Let's get into the bunker to be safe. 
Bob: (while climbing into the bunker) Let's make some fast food!

Joe:  We did it!!

McKing:  As we just saw, they did it.  They made the first fast food
	 burger in just over 1 microsecond.  The fast food industry
	 has yet to match the speed of the Bob and Joe experiment in
	 1946.  The methods used by Bob and Joe were never used again
	 after their initial experiment because an area of a 5 mile
	 radius was turned into a radioactive wasteland.
	 This has been another of fast food's greatest mistakes.
